Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help you work with the carrier.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and product so we can assist you promptly.
